    Can I Leave Personal Items in the vehicle?

    No personal items can be left in the vehicle due to safety and warranty reasons.

    Do you transport non-running vehicles?

    Is my vehicle covered for any damage that may occur during transport?

    Yes. All vehicles booked with CEVA have our extended warranty coverage for up to $60,000 included in the price. Please refer to our Extended Warranty section for further information.

    How long will it take to transport my vehicle?

    Please discuss transit times with our National Customer Service Centre on 13 22 77 or 13 CARS.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Deposit, money order, bank cheque, and cash.

    Can I pay for the transport C.O.D?

    No, all bookings must be prepaid prior to transport.

    Is it a requirement for someone to be present at the pick up and delivery of the car?

    Yes. A vehicle survey condition report will need to be signed and the keys handed over to our driver.

    What is the essential information for a successful move?

    Help us to make the transportation of your vehicle a hassle free experience.

    • Personal Effects/ Dangerous Goods: No personal effects/ dangeriys goods are to be left in your vehicle.
    • Alarms: Please ensure that all non standard alarms/ immobilisers are disabled prior to transport.
    • Fuel: Your vehicle needs to have at least and preferable not more thatn 1/4 of a tank of fuel.
    • Vehicle Accessories: Please remove weather shields, rear window louvers, and removable aerials where possible.
    • Keys: We need keys for door, bot and ignition, please remember to leave all keys. Your vehicle will not be transported if we cannot gain access to your boot for inspectino purposes.
    • Delivery Dates: All delivery dates are estimates only. Whilst we endeavour to deliver your vehicle ont he date quoted, cicumstances may arise beyond our control which sometime can cause delays. Please call our National Customer Service Centre on 13 22 77 or 13 CARS for further clarification.
